After you book
You'll have the plan in writing before the day, and the booking is paid in full once you confirm it. If something changes after that, the line is seven days: seven or more days before the date you can move it or cancel for a 50% refund; inside seven days the fee is kept and the date can't move. On the day, the boyfriend simply follows the plan you set.
